SheetBase (“we”, “us” or “our”) developed this service to help you build web and mobile apps with Google Spreadsheets as a backend stack. SheetBase does not sell or share your information with anyone else, and the information collected is used only to debug, improve, and operate the services offered. We understand that privacy is important to both our online visitors and registered users. We respect your privacy and will take reasonable steps to protect your information. This Privacy Policy will outline the type of data we collect.
What data we collect
The personal data we collect from you includes:
- your email address when you sign up
- OAuth access and refresh tokens from your Google account
- the names of the spreadsheets you add in the SheetBase dashboard, and corresponding identifiers
- a log of how many times your API has been accessed
What we do with your data
We will not:
- sell or rent your data to third parties
- share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
- We will share your data if we are required to do so by law - for example, by court order, or to prevent fraud or other crime
We use your data to:
- allow you to use various features of the website
- provide our products and services to you
- protect your account and prevent unauthorised access to your account
How long will we keep your data
We will only retain your personal data for as long as:
- it is needed for the purposes set out in this document
- we will keep your email data until you unsubscribe.
Children’s privacy protection
Our services are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children 13 years of age or younger. We do not intentionally collect or maintain data about anyone under the age of 13.
How we protect your data and keep it secure We are committed to doing all that we can to keep your data secure. We have set up systems and processes to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your data - for example, we protect your data using varying levels of encryption.
If we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from a child under age 13, please contact us.

You have the right to request the following:

- access, correct, amend, or delete at inaccurate data
You have certain rights to access, correct, amend, or delete Personal Data where it is inaccurate, or has been processed in violation of the Privacy Policy.
